Dublin Castle
Battling a pile of tiffs on my desktop, getting them ready for stockville. So a few shots from Dublin Castle…

About those cheap CF cards I bought on eBay…
So one of the CF cards (they all look the same to me) I was delighted to have bought cheap online, does really odd things to the one file on it every time. It consistently corrupts one file so sometimes it feels like playing Russian roulette, well without the whole ‘death’ thing. Check it out close up though it’s all very Matrixxy, which is nice if you’re Mr Anderson.

Sexton CD Designs
Cant imagine too many CD design shoots in the future but still enjoyable. Lots of pins and sticky tape and cursing to get those CDs to stay in the ‘right’ bloody place. Even when only one flash goes off they can still look smart I think.

He’s BEHIND you!!!
Okay, probably not the most revered work but even pantos need photos. And it’s kinda festive.

Super Cold Filmset
busy little week last week, that kicked off with a freezing cold start on set for a TV series being shot by the Montpelier Flats in Dublin 7. I was wondering why all the crew had turned up in snow gear but soon realised the naivety of my ways. Anyways here some the PR guys won’t use.

Revolution Cycle
So Simon and Fearghal are planning to be the very first Irishmen to circumnavigate this globe on bikes. There’s probably a reason it hasn’t been done before. I haven’t the heart to tell them why. But you have to admire their determination and ambition. Check out their twittering, bloggy, shiny thingy-ma-gig http://revolutioncycle.ie
Good luck gents!

Angling World Cup, Co. Mayo, Ireland 2008
The Angling World Cup sounds pretty grand but in reality it’s just a load of lads from Mayo and a few blow-ins from the North, sitting on Lough Mask for the long weekend in August, wetting flies. It’s usually guaranteed sunny weather – Murphy’s Law. This is from the grand weigh-in which is at the end of the day and all the boats have to land before the foghorn, and submit their fish for the officially weigh-in. The weights are bingo called out, and the lads talk about the fish they missed.
